I&amp;#39;ve got to try it!  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Autumn Belle - I&amp;#39;ll have to check out your post!  You&amp;#39;re right about the daylily in vegetarian dishes. I just bought a yellow daylily plant from a local nursery but I didn&amp;#39;t believe the guy when he said it was gum jum fa. I love it when it is cooked in vegetarian dishes with the &amp;#39;nam yu&amp;#39;, a red coloured preserved bean curd. I am not sure if this is those ...</title><content type='html'>Do you tie a knot? I am not sure if this is those gum jum fa I often used. It&amp;#39;s dried then soaked for cooking. If they are long, I tie a knot. I usually use it to steam marinated (oyster sauce) chicken instead. The rest of the ingredients are just like what you have here except no celery, garlic &amp;amp; carrot but a bit of ginger and perhaps cooking wine in replacement.
