Also, I don't tend to post so frequently, but I did get to visit some really lovely gardens last week. Be sure to check out my last 3 posts on the Delaware gardens.
The pretty candylily below needs to be moved. It's completely hidden behind a peony.
Above - waterlilies from my father's pond. Below, a hydrangea. You'd marvel as well if you could see the conditions under which this tough little shrub grows!
Love all your Lilies! Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHappy GBBD :)

ReplyDeleteI just commented elsewhere that I would like to try hydrangeas but don't know if they could withstand the conditions in my yard, but your post makes me think that might be possible. What a beautiful variety you have with all those lilies--love it!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blooms. I love the water lily. So precious.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. What a pleasure it must be to spend time in your gardens, for anyone lucky enough!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blooms, Wendy. I love your lilies. Mine aren't blooming yet so yours are a real treat.
ReplyDeleteLovely blooms! You have good collection of lilies!
ReplyDeleteHello Wendy, i have not been here for a while as i am not much into food posts, though i am fond of eating. My favorite food is shrimp and rice, haha! typical you might say! But your lilies are so beautiful and i love to have them too, however, they dont do well in our very hot climes. You have lovely colors in your collection, and they seem so happy with your care.
ReplyDeleteYour blooms are very colour and lovely. They light up my day.
